Training
We’ll make sure your skills and knowledge are kept as up-to-date
as haute couture. When you first start you’ll take part in an
induction programme. It’s a chance to find out more about the
business, and a great icebreaker. From then on, we realise that
everyone has different ambitions. If you choose to fast-track, some
of the advanced training on offer includes management programmes,
globally-recognised WSET (Wines, Spirits and Educational Trust) and
specialist product courses including Cigar School and Whisky
School. But whatever you want from a career with us, you’ll receive
all the training and support you need.
