Cocoon Beauty Sanctuary
Welcome to Cocoon. Based at Heathrow Terminal 1, we offer
customers a haven of peace and calm where they can relax and
refresh before heading on to their destination. To really indulge,
we offer the very latest in skincare products, including brands
like Dr Sebagh, Decleor and Dr Hauschka, and we’re the only
retailer outside of salons to stock Dermalogica products. We
showcase our products on our ‘heroes table’ – a huge tester table
at the centre of our store.
The service that our people provide more than matches the
quality of our products. In fact, we even won an award for our
staff training last year. And, because we believe great work should
be rewarded, we celebrated our first birthday last year with
parties and massages for all of our staff, as well as free gift
offers for customers.
