Retail in-store management
Store Managers
You’ll already have retail management experience, but not like
this. This is a chance to get involved in day-to-day operations and
long-term strategy, which will certainly keep you busy in the
fast-changing airport environment. A creative streak and personal
touch are as important as strong business acumen, because we want
you to look for ways we could further improve our stores so our
customers get even more from the experience. It’s such a
wide-ranging role which could see you discussing competitor
activity with managers one minute and resolving personnel issues
the next.
Category Managers
Your very own product category. Whether it’s fragrances,
accessories or fine foods, it’s a big responsibility. And a
rewarding one. You’ll make sure we surpass sales targets and send
even more customers on their travels with a bag of luxury goods.
Dealing with people at all levels, you’ll negotiate with suppliers
and coach our Customer Service Leaders to make sure they have the
knowledge to train a team of world experts.
Replenishment Leaders
Supervising and organising your team, you’ll ensure everything
is correctly stored and displayed. You’ll need to be fit. After
all, collecting deliveries from the lorries can be heavy-duty work.
But it’s your eye for detail that will really set you apart as you
spot our best-selling lines and liaise with store managers so that
we never run low. With everything looking so tempting, you’ll make
our customers’ days. Even if you’re working at night.
Customer Service Leaders
This is customer service. Pure customer service. We have a
separate back of house team, so you don’t need to worry about
stacking the shelves or pricing stock. You can concentrate on what
you do best – getting to know all of our products and your team.
Taking charge of five to fifteen people, you’ll make sure they are
excited about our stores to provide an infectiously enthusiastic
service; connecting the right people with the right products. There
will be plenty of opportunities to fast-track to the next
management level – either in retail or other parts of the
business.
